Interview with Connie: How TelosPay has changed the way Big Red Bail Bonds does business.

But we thought you might want to hear from someone else, someone many of you know and trust. So we sat down with a client of ours and a fellow bondsman - Connie Allbritton of Big Red Bail Bonds - to find out how TelosPay has benefited her business.

What made you sign up with TelosPay?

 

Connie:  “I knew [Wyatt’s wife], Andrea. They are both attorneys in Norman. I liked the fact that he donates a portion to the charity of your choice, which is now the BPAC at the OBA. I also knew his rates were lower than my previous company.”

 

Has TelosPay changed how you do business? If so, how? 

Connie: “We are able to charge the fees to the credit card holder and it is done automatically. We don't have to figure out the amount and remember to do it. He has several options: text-to-pay, a machine in the office, an app on our phone, and a link on our website.”

 

What has been the biggest benefit of using TelosPay? Additionally, how do you think TelosPay specifically benefits or helps bondsmen with their business? 

 

Connie: “It has saved me hundreds of dollars per month by charging the fees to the client. If we need to run a card and aren't in the office it's convenient to use one of the other options or just tell people to pay on the website. 

 

What’s one of your favorite features of TelosPay? 

 

Connie: “I like that I get an email every time someone makes a payment, TelosPay also donates a percentage of your sales to the BPAC, which helps us stay in business.”    

 

What would you say to someone who is on the fence about using TelosPay?

 

Connie: “Try it you - won't regret it. Wyatt lives in Norman and is always available. How often do we have someone who is local and we can call or text anytime?”

 

Anything else you’d like to add about TelosPay and your experience working with Wyatt?

 

Connie: “When someone asks me, I always say that I love Wyatt and I trust him. If I have a problem with something he is always willing to help. Sometimes I feel guilty that he is so helpful, but his wife says, ‘don't feel bad he loves helping people.’” Several years ago I had a forfeiture that was running all over the US. Wyatt ran his IP address for me and we were able to locate the Defendant and have him arrested in Georgia. Wyatt is also the one who got the OBA set up to take credit cards.”
